Do you provide services outside of New York?
We mainly serve clients in NYC & on Long Island. But we can suggest some licensed architects & engineers that we work with. So your project will always be in good hands.

Can you answer an architecture/engineering question for me?
We understand it can be difficult to navigate these processes alone and you don’t need to do everything yourself. We are glad to help. But we can only provide a consultation and estimate if you’re interested in securing our services.

What is the range of general service fee?
We offer a preliminary phone/email discussion to all our clients to outline the potential scopes of work, with preliminary suggestions and guidelines. A preliminary estimate can be suggested after the initial discussion. Upon signing the preliminary contract and securing the initial retainer, we will meet with the client on site to detail the scopes.
